1. Order Confirmation & Payment Methods
After placing an order through our website, we verify the provided details, including payment method and delivery address. We accept the following payment options:
- PayPal
- Most major credit and debit cards
- Bank transfers
- Juice Payment
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. If an order is rejected, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout. Your card will not be charged in such cases. If a charge has already been processed, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.
2. Order Limitations & Bulk Orders
All orders are manually reviewed to ensure we can fulfill the request. If a large or multiple orders are placed within a short period, we will verify stock availability with our florists and gardeners before confirming the order.
We reserve the right to:
- Reject any order that we cannot fulfill.
- Limit the number of items in an order if necessary.
- Cancel an order if we are unable to confirm the customer’s details.
3. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Order Modifications:
- Within 6 hours of placing the order, customers can modify bouquet type or delivery details.
- Same-day delivery orders (placed by 10:00 AM) cannot be modified.
Order Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date.
- In exceptional cases, we may allow cancellations up to 24 hours before delivery.
- Once a cancellation is approved, a refund will be processed within 48 hours following our refund policy.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. However, for international bank transfers, refunds will be issued as a store credit coupon code.
🚫 Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before delivery will not be accepted.
4. Delivery Process & Issues
Same-Day Delivery Cutoff:
- Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 10:00 AM.
- Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
Recipient Unavailability:
- If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt delivery a second time and notify the sender.
- If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the bouquet will be sent to our drop point partner in Floreal for collection.
- The sender or recipient must collect the bouquet within 24 hours.
- If unclaimed within this timeframe, the bouquet will be discarded, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order due to unexpected circumstances such as:
- Flower supply shortages
- Bad weather
- National emergencies
We will offer a full refund to the original payment method.
