Refund and Returns Policy

Order Acceptance

All orders received are subject to acceptance by Floral.mu and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons.

Changes to Order

If you wish to change your order, please contact us via email to do so at info@floral.mu – We’ll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and card message) requested at least 48 hours before dispatch. During exceptionally busy seasons, we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and card message) requested at least 5 days before dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can normally be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended shipment/delivery date. If you wish to change your order, please contact us by email to do so. During exceptionally busy seasons we can only guarantee to accept order cancellations if the request is sent to us at least 5 days before the intended delivery date. In the event of return or cancellation, we will provide refund as a store credit only.

Returns and Complaints

Any claim concerning an order which includes the delivery of bouquets or food items must, since it concerns perishable products, be formulated at the latest within 24 (twenty four) hours after the delivery of the product. Any claim concerning the delivery of other products should be made at the latest within 2 (two) days after the date of delivery of the product.

Any return accepted by Floral.mu, due to an apparent defect or the non-conformity of the product delivered, which shall be noted by the seller, enables the buyer to receive a free replacement or a credit voucher, to the exclusion of any other compensation, damages or interest. The product(s) must be returned by the buyer in the original packaging and within 2 (two) days from the date of receipt of the goods. The product(s) returned must be new, unused and in the original box, perfectly intact.

Coupons and Gift Cards

We only allow one coupon/gift card to be used per order. The coupon discount will be applied to the total cart value.

Availability of Flowers and Replacements

All of our flowers, floral arrangements and flower bouquets are subject to availability. In the event of flowers non-availability, we reserve the right to replace the flowers with similar ones, but composition will be done in the similar style.

Special Policy for Hand Crafted Creations

Before placing an order please note that our photos represent the original artwork or floral creation design. Variations in colour, shading, texture, shape and grain are inherent in any handmade item, especially those with hand-fused glass elements and each creation is unique and vary slightly comparing to the original image. This also means that every handmade creation you purchase is truly one-of-a-kind.

All of the creations we sell are made in limited quantities, custom-made and they are considered collectable items. This includes original artwork such as paintings, original artist sketch books, custom apparel or anything else handcrafted. As a general practice in the industry such items are not refundable. However, we work hard to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and accordingly we promise to do our very best to deliver not only great creations, but also amazing customer experience. Therefore, in an unlikely event that we sent you the wrong item or you received a damaged or defective item, please report this directly to the delivery driver or inform us by email immediately upon delivery, so we can correct the problem. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
